How does the SMS wallet work?
Add funds ($5, $10, $25, or $50) to your SMS wallet via Stripe. Each SMS lead alert deducts $0.90. If your balance drops below $0.90, email notifications still send but SMS is skipped to protect your balance.
Can I use both email and SMS notifications?
Yes! With the Contact Form Add-on, email notifications are always included. Add SMS alerts by funding your wallet — both can run simultaneously.
What happens if I cancel an add-on?
